ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS TO PONDER
We learn in verse 6 how serious a sin it is to deny the Holy Ghost. Why do you suppose this is considered so serious in the eyes of the Lord? Why do you think sexual sin and murder are also considered so serious?
In verse 11, Alma explains that Corianton's bad behavior led many people to disbelieve Alma's teachings about the gospel. We sometimes don't realize how powerful our examples can be for good or for evil. What specific examples do you see around you that have influenced you or others for good? For bad? What are some ways that you have seen how your behavior has impacted others?
